Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and schedule content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce engaging visuals and captions.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful relationships with our online community.
• Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies to improve reach and conversions.
• Stay informed on social trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or business.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout).
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating across creative and marketing teams.
