We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive to help expand our client base and grow relationships across the creative and marketing space. The ideal candidate thrives on outreach, organization, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, calls, and social outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact to closing.
• Understand and clearly communicate our services, value propositions, and differentiators to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
• Keep CRM and pipeline tools up to date with accurate information.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in marketing, design, or advertising services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable initiating cold conversations.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, sales tracking, and email outreach tools.
• Driven by results, relationship-building, and growth opportunities.
• Must be based in the U.S. and comfortable working fully remote.
